Local Development

# Start services
task docker:up

Quick steps:

1. Build and push first image to Gitea registry
2. Configure k8s secrets and configmap
3. Run ./scripts/deploy-k8s.sh
4. Configure GitHub Secrets for automation
5. Push tags to deploy: git tag v1.0.1 && git push origin v1.0.1
